1. Engagement Terms
All penetration testing and red team engagements are governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work (SOW) and Rules of Engagement (ROE) document. Services are only performed after execution of these agreements.
2. Authorisation
All testing activities are performed only against systems and infrastructure explicitly listed in the signed scope document. Any testing without written authorisation is illegal and will not be performed under any circumstances.
3. Confidentiality
All engagement findings, client information, and scope details are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client names, findings, or engagement details without explicit written consent.
4. Liability
Cyber Security Pentesting Inc. is not liable for any system downtime, data loss, or business disruption resulting from testing activities conducted within the agreed scope and rules of engagement. Liability terms are specified in the individual engagement SOW.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
